When people look in the mirror, I want the tattoos I provide, to uplift them until death,it is the truest love and compassion I can give
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I have a deep passion for tattooing. It’s truly the most love I can give. Whether it’s Japanese traditional, Lettering, or realism, etc. my goal is to help people love themselves more each day. It’s also the most impactful way I’ve found to improve myself whether it be my technique or the way I connect with people, I learn more each day and integrating that with parenthood has it’s challenges but overcoming those challenges has made me a better father and I only have tattooing to thank for that
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration when I see meaningfulness in an image or idea, most of the time those come from the client and helps me to create something meaningful for them, but my own personal artistic goals usually come from things I’m interested in, sometimes culture or movies/shows, sometimes politics and history. When i feel it, i create it
What would you do with $25,000?I would definitely invest in my tattoo shop. Marketing is important but I’d really like to sell tattoo supplies so the local artists can pickup what they need when they need them rather than having to wait on shipping. I would also like to donate some to the local Noise Home for Children, this community has given me so much and giving back means more than I can express.
