I create to leave my mark in this world, art that will be left behind and remembered way after I’m gone. To have my soul be preserved.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!

Receive Text UpdatesMy favorite art to create is pieces that invoke emotion. Something you can stare at and relate to, feel seen, feel heard. Art that resonates with the soul is what makes you truly feel alive, truly human. The good, the bad, the ugly, everything that makes us who we are, I create through my art.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration through my lived experiences. The hardships I lived through, the stories I’ve been told or have had. Picking those pieces of my life as if they were flowers and arranging them into a story told through paint, graphite, or pixels.
What would you do with $25,000?If I were to win the $25,000 it would be my dream to put towards the helping survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. I currently work for Women Helping Women as an advocate and it’s my job to help empower these survivors. It would be fantastic to try and start an Art Therapy program for these people and have them tell their story, to put their feelings into perspective onto a canvas. One selfish goal would to use what is left of the winnings and put it towards a house of my own.
