My favorite way to create is to let the medium follow the emotion of the moment. I find a deep liberation in the way ink flows across paper and how oils are molded into rich, luminous textures. I aim for a style that feels unfiltered and expressive. My art isn't about following a path, but about discovering a feeling, creating timeless pieces that exist in the space between a waking dream and a visceral reality.
Where do you find inspiration?I find myself drawn to the small, unscripted moments that make us human. The way a hand rests in a lap, a tired smile, or the hidden warmth in the hollow of a shadow. There is so much beauty in our vulnerability and the way we weather the world. I like revealing the extraordinary timeless colors in nature we often forget to see: the quiet, radiant pulse of simply being.
What would you do with $25,000?Winning this would honestly just give me the space to breathe. Right now, my art and music are squeezed into the small gaps of a busy life and a job I only do because I have to. This support would give me the freedom to step away from that pressure and set up a simple studio where I can finally focus. I want the time to practice and discover my own voice, to see where my work goes when I’m not hurried and to finally finish my singing album.
