I enjoy many forms of Art but find I’m most at peace while painting. I use Acrylic primarily accenting it with shards of glass. I occasionally paint with oil paints when I find myself missing the techniques.
Where do you find inspiration?Nature. Birds, sunsets, trees, flowers. I believe artist see the world in more color and depth. The 3 pieces I have here are my Majestic Birds. Symbolic of rebuilding and taking back one’s power. The shards of glass (broken pieces) put together to form a new beautiful/ powerful person. Whole once again but stronger.
What would you do with $25,000?I am retired and love to teach. I would like to have a place where people can come and learn to explore their creative skills. Where I could teach and inspire others to find what moves them.
