I love to create art because it lets me turn feelings into something real, build worlds from nothing, and say what words cant.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!

Receive Text UpdatesI work mainly in acrylic and oil, moving between abstract ideas and realism. I’m drawn to both restrained and vibrant natural tones, building depth through layering, texture, and expressive gesture. My work is about capturing emotion and translating feeling into color and form. Right now I’m experimenting with different painting styles, and what I’m drawn to is always shifting.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from everywhere. Sometimes it comes from the people I've met, conversations, and events that occur in life. Sometimes its something I saw years ago that suddenly comes back in a different form. I dont really find it, it usually arrives unannounced and never in the same way twice.
What would you do with $25,000?I would divide the prize money amongst several important things in my life such as family and education.
