I don't create “safe” or decorative art. I paint to provoke emotion, turn familiar icons into bold visual statements people remember.

My favorite art to create is bold contemporary portraiture inspired by cultural icons, luxury aesthetics, and human emotion. I enjoy transforming recognizable figures into expressive, textured works that feel both elegant and provocative. I’m especially drawn to contrasts — beauty and tension, glamour and imperfection, control and chaos — because they make the artwork feel alive and memorable.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in films, music, fashion, and show business — especially in strong personalities, iconic visuals, and the emotions hidden behind public image. I’m drawn to the contrast between glamour and vulnerability, perfection and chaos. Vintage cinema, luxury fashion campaigns, celebrity culture, and music visuals often spark ideas for the mood, texture, and energy I want to capture in my paintings.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into building my art into a multidimensional brand. Part of it would support larger collections, professional prints, and stronger international exposure. A major goal would be buying a 3D printer to expand my work beyond canvas and create sculptural figures and collectible pieces. As an independent artist, I have many ideas — this support would give me the tools to turn them into real projects and reach a wider audience.
