Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in telling stories with my art. I love artists like Mark Tenant who creat snapshots, or slice of life paintings. As a mom, I find inspiration looking at memories in photos or kids as they grow, families as they interact, and the places connections happen. I look for love and try to show that love and hope and real emotion and try to translate that through my paintings.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d use some to help my five kids pay for college, and I’d allow myself a little of what’s left to further my own painting education.
