My life was drugs prison homeless things most people wouldn’t believe really happen Art has given me my life and a place in the world
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
So I’m not sure whether this is a good answer, but I like to draw, tattoo, spray paint and paint among tons of other things . The type of art also could be like art the brings out some sort of feeling. For me a lot of my past was dark and not many survive it, so for me this is a way for me to express my feelings and every client wearing my art permanently can agree to that. I take it seriously I put my all into eveypiece I create . So I love art that pulls out emotion where people see it and feel!
Where do you find inspiration? There’s a few different places , so usually with tattooing I get my inspiration from the client they start with an idea then I put it on paper. But I think my art is deeply inspired under all that by the life I used to live , the darkness and despair mixed with beautiful human moments even thru that. My art is dark and light it has good and evil , it’s inspired by sci-fi and some weird psychedelic experiences I have had. I am inspired everyday by my daughter that there’s always light at the end
What would you do with $25,000?It would actually change my entire life, i would get a car, my wife and i desperately need a car. So that alone would be everything , i would also use some to fix my teeth. During my addiction i ruined my teeth, the last 10 years ive been slowly fixing them but im still missing my front teeth and it is something im still very self conscious about and it stops me from smiling honestly. With anything left I would get my wife and daughter whatever they wanted clothing wise or shoesor pay my rent
