I love to create because it calms my anxiety, brings me joy, and reminds me that beauty can bloom from the simplest materials!
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My Favorite, these past few years, have been paper flowers accents and backdrops! I love creating flowers from different patterns and textures to create unique one-of-a-kind pieces.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in everything from Nature to Graffiti on the side of buildings! Life is full of surprises, and I like to see the beauty in all things. I really get excited when I find a patterned paper pack that speaks to me, I cannot wait to get home and start cutting out flowers.
What would you do with $25,000?I would upscale my business, Bright B Studios! I would rent an official studio and start hosting art classes, making paper flowers! This prize would make scaling easy, and I would buy new equipment, and hire a social media manager. I also plan on marketing my DIY paper flowers to nursing homes, schools, and hospitals as easy DIY activities, great for any age as a stress reliever and anxiety reducer. I plan on sending a set of paper flowers to Drew Barrymore, I think she will Love them!
