I create art to highlight how instability effects structure and the good bad and ugly that comes with that exposure.

I create documentary-style visual work that captures real-life environments, especially where instability reshapes identity, structure, and perception. I’m drawn to intimate, observational storytelling that reveals what’s usually edited out.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in lived environments: workplaces, housing situations, and everyday interactions where power, survival, and identity are constantly negotiated. I’m drawn to the tension between what is presented and what is actually happening beneath the surface.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the funding to produce a documentary-based visual project focused on instability, environment, and identity. This would cover essential equipment, production costs, and post-production, allowing me to create a body of work that reflects real, underrepresented experiences with intention and quality. It would also provide the stability needed to focus fully on the work and complete it at a high level.
