Receive Text UpdatesLeaded stained glass windows incorporating meaningful symbols that tell a story. I enjoy making life-sized stained glass replicas of Navaho rugs, especially ones that have a story. Many of them I have known the weaver. Each window is accompanied by its rug. Another way of showing the rich culture of the four corners region. I also love glass beadwork. An ancient tradition with many meaningful symbols. Finds it’s way into stringed instrument straps
Where do you find inspiration?Sacred objects, Native American and Ecumenical, everyday and commercial logos and symbols. Every window is inspired by “what would my mother and my daughter think of this?”, both of them accomplished stained glass artists.
What would you do with $25,000?Use it to fund more stained glass creations. Bolster the glassworks company started by my daughter and me.
