Since age 14, I’ve been writing, and producing music, that spans across three genre. Garage Rock, Hip Hop and Outlawish Country. Historically in that order, bouncing back and forth between them at times. I play guitar, drums, bass, sing, and I rap. I stick to Hip Hop right now, aspiring to start another band that would perform my Hip Hop for live performances.
Where do you find inspiration?I draw inspiration from both White and Dene’ people of my both my hometown and Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We are the ones being oppressed up North. Google, Hope Mission in Edmonton. Find the photos and videos of what’s really going on here. My heart goes out to the people still homeless and addicted to synthetic heroin. I was homeless off and on for two years, addicted to meth. I resuscitated 7-8 people, 1 was my ex-girlfriend, 1 died either during or before I attempted to give here CPR.
What would you do with $25,000?I would document, this very real oppression through song and videography. Producing an album with music videos for each song. If any funds were to remain after that, I would buy musical instruments for my future bandmates.
