Art is my life. I grew up in an abusive home. The only time my mother showed me love was when I was creative. I use art to lift spirits.

Surrealist Conceptual Art. I make art to spread environmental awareness and to help people cope with past suppressed emotions. I provide a narrative through my work where people can connect emotionally, not only to their inner selves, but to something much greater. Conceptual paintings can be helpful in unlocking parts of yourself that you never knew existed, but most importantly, they bring people together to inspire real change and positive growth.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration through pain and loss. I grew up in an abusive environment and survived a house fire. My work often reflects my broken past and the positive changes I wish to see in the world. My work often depicts animals tragic suffering from pollution. By creating surrealist conceptual art, I'm able to bring awareness to such tragedy and influence others emotionally to heal or contribute love to struggling humans or animals in need. My work inspires environmental change and self discovery.
What would you do with $25,000?I'd use the money to create more art. I'm struggling financially right now, to the point where I'm considering giving up painting to get a corporate/factory job. It's tough being a single, full time artist. I live in a city where forward-thinking is overlooked. My work simply isn't seen by the right people. I need a small boost so I can reach the world with my messages of hope, originality, healing, and self-love. My body of work is strong, and my aim is true. Let's work together in this vision.
