I enjoy abstract the most and have leaned into an abstract-graffiti hybrid over the years. I love creating art that has a feeling of movement and a sense of energy bursting from it. I also tend to work with a lot of color as well.
Where do you find inspiration?Even though my work is bright and colorful, I tend to find inspiration from places that might be a little dull, rusty or run down. When I look at a space like that, I start to invision it with a fresh coat of paint and a colorful mural on it to bring it back to life.
What would you do with $25,000?Invest in my future as an artist. That type of money would allow some breathing room to shift my energy more into my art and lessen my hours at the day job. I dream of being a full time artist, but alas, the bills must be paid.
