I used to think i liked landscaping like Bob Ross or Picassos' early work but now I admire Work like Basquiat, a more self reflective style of art. I enjoy abstract portraits, still shots reflective of Fyodor Dostoevsky stories and the like. If a ohotograph could capture the image of what i want to paint then why paint it? The beauty comes from the mind, something only the artist can see and bring out to the world. I enjoy creating art that makes me feel less alone in the world.
Where do you find inspiration? In my emotions or state of mind. I tend to sink into my emotions when creating art and sometimes listening to a certain piece of music beforehand can subconciously affect the painting. World events or popular historical artists can play their role in influencing my next piece of art. Art isnt about the most beautiful sky or the snowiest mountain, to me; its about being able to convey the subtle agonies of life while putting something intruiging on the canvas.
What would you do with $25,000?I would do my absolute best to soend it well and wise. I would use it to fund and maintain my passions of creating art through painting, music, and start my own Youtube chanel. I have always wanted to be an educational figure and i would pursue that by helping people to allow themselves to be free and unconventional. There is freedom in being different and in being an outcast but it doesnt make it any less lonely and ik there are people out there who think all is lost. It first starts with you.
