I create art because it’s how I process the unseen parts of life’s emotions, the shadows, the transformation that doesn’t always have words.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art to create is mixed media. I’m drawn to combining clay, natural elements, and found pieces to create work that feels both grounded and spiritual. I love building layers physically and energetically so each piece carries its own presence and story.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in nature and the unseen world. Dreams, signs, and personal transformation play a big role in my work. I’m drawn to things that feel alive with energy, plants, bones, symbols, and moments that carry deeper meaning beyond what’s visible.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to build a business that supports my family while allowing me to create with purpose. Alongside my art, I want to grow into plant-based and apothecary work that honors and supports the land. The funds would help me invest in materials, tools, and education, as well as create a space where I can work sustainably. My goal is not only to create, but to give back.. to work in a way that respects nature and turns what I make into something meaningful and restorative.
