I love creating. Art comes in many forms. I love to paint, write, sculpt, sew, sing, and trying new culinary skills in the art of cooking. I’ve always loved doing faces, and photographing new places. My books, the Cobalt Chronicles have taken over my life in a fun magical way. I love expressing my soul. It’s a fine creative dance.
Where do you find inspiration?I see things not as they are but what it can become. I see inspiration in a child’s face and the stars. I love to paint with words that allows it to become visual. My painting, "The Beacon" is my tribute to Dali. I love it when people can see it. Art makes a canvas, a page, a piece of Cobalt Glass unique to the world, one of a kind. Inspiration is around the corner waiting for me. All I have to do is see it.
What would you do with $25,000?I would donate part to charity and make prints of my existing artwork. I want to teach people young to senior to paint, make prints, help kids find their art dream, to rule the world in their own way. I want to see more, share my work. Publish my first Cobalt Chronicles book, Renata and the 50ft Mermaid. And get a better car. True. :)
