I love to create any type of art really as someone works in the permanent make up industry. It has realigned me back into my love of music, poetry and painting.
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration springs from the rich tapestry of my own lived experiences and the ever shifting currents of society. I believe some truths lie beyond words, and so I express the inexpressible through both brushstrokes and lines of poetry.
What would you do with $25,000?My ideal outcome would be to use my art as a way to rise above the hardships I have been experiencing as a working and stay-at-home mother of two. It would give me the opportunity to create a better future for my family, while also giving me a sense of choice, independence, and a voice in my own life.
