It’s who I am. My soul’s purpose is to create and to connect through still photography, video, interviewing, through my humor, improv & love

I really enjoy my photography. Every day I get opportunities to make my world a little bit smaller through the connections I make meeting people and photographing them. A lot of times I ask questions and write about them later and sometimes I ask a question on video to put a voice with the face. This ongoing over 10 year project has been extremely fulfilling. Creatively, spiritually, connecting authentically through vulnerability and love. I’m so grateful to have gifts to share with others. Paz.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere. In everyone. With and through nature. On the street, on the beach, in the subway or on the bus, you name it. I’m so fascinated by fellow human beings. I meet people all the time and some of them tell me about someone else they know that I photographed in the past. I think there’s so much to learn from every single person if we’re open to picking up some of those lessons. I express my creativity and my arts and in other ways too. Acting singing crafts clothing and much more.
What would you do with $25,000?I would also allocate a large chunk of the proceeds/ prize/gift to traveling across the United States extensively in my pursuits of documenting more of the diversity and inclusion that we all are as a people of this nation and of this world. I celebrate people and I would like to go take deeper dives in places I haven’t seen yet. Lots of stories to tell.
