My favorite type of art to create is small to medium canvases with painted, Found, or collage objects , with 3-D elements and internal lighting. It allows me to use the many techniques I love, and build a more complete world with hidden details to discover.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in live music, and from nature, in psychological and spiritual discoveries, and also in cosmology.
What would you do with $25,000?I have been working toward building or buying a bigger studio space and equipment so that we can expand and work with more artists. Along with painting, drawing, sculpting and photography, I also work as a carpenter. I have a vision of building the studio with hempcrete and hempwood and using hemp canvases to promote the use of this wonderful and supremely sustainable plant that could play a major role in reversing climate change.
