I create art that's often moody and detailed to highlight the emotions and depth at play in ordinary entities.

Receive Text UpdatesWhen it comes to creating art, acrylic paintings are my favorite. I'm especially drawn to darker, moodier pieces that explore emotion and depth. I often focus on animals and nature scenes, using contrast, texture, and tone to help bring out a sense of emotion and strong details within each piece.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration from the world around me and through photography. I'm especially grateful for the incredibly talented photographers who share their work and allow artists to use their photos as references. Their perspectives help spark ideas and guide the mood, composition, and details in my own pieces. We often forget just how much beauty there is around us which helps spark our imagination.
What would you do with $25,000?Winning the $25,000 would help give me the opportunity to take a new step with my art. My goal isn't just to create artwork, but to be someone who can share my creativity and art with a wider audience. A portion of the funds would be invested back into my creative process. This could be through upgrading materials and equipment, creating a better studio space, increasing my online presence, or even exploring the world for more inspiration.
