I create art because it’s the only place where my inner world makes sense. It’s apart of who I am and is a space where I feel grounded.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love creating art that feels peaceful and expressive, especially when I’m working with acrylics or pencil. I’m drawn to nature—birds, flowers, skies, water—and I like blending realism with emotion. My art usually carries a mood or meaning, something soft, symbolic, and personal. It’s how I slow down, reflect, and put my feelings into something beautiful.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in almost anything—nature, my family, and the little moments around me. Skies, water, flowers, and quiet scenes spark ideas, but so do the memories and emotions tied to the people I love. My art becomes a mix of what I see and what I feel, grounded in the world around me and shaped by the connections that matter most.
What would you do with $25,000?If I had $25,000, I’d use it to pay off my student debt and put the rest toward furthering my education. School is important to me, and clearing that weight would give me room to focus, grow, and move forward without as much stress.
