What would you do with $25,000?Buy an electric wheel, a big Kiln that fires at cone 10, a slab roller, an extruded. A professional dolly as my creations are getting bigger, a 1986 ford F150 so I can transport the pieces. Invest the rest in rare cacti and succulents and make vessels for them.
