I love all mediums of art but currently I focus in painting, rather it’s acrylic, aerosol, watercolor or gouache. I capture my own reference, photographing my own subject matter. It’s something organic about the process and journey that I feel that is part of the art itself.
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration has come from my own lifestyle, the good, the bad and the ugly. Smile, Laugh, cry, through the anger, pain, love and hope I paint. I find this in my fatherless childhood, through bullying, through feeling accepted. My signature motif represents spreading more love in a world that shows so little.
What would you do with $25,000?With 25k, I would solidify my art business on paper, taking care of copyright and trademark artwork. I currently don’t have a studio space, so I would get a new space to work out of and have collectors visit. I would curate art events for upcoming local artists.
