Art allows me to connect with people far beyond the surface level, illuminating the human experience through imagined and humorous scenes.

Stop motion pieces using mixed media, especially miniatures and vintage craft materials. Pieces that convey visceral human emotions, nostalgia, longing, through humorous animalesque paper mache characters. Inviting the viewer to spend some time in my weird little world.
Where do you find inspiration?Talking to strangers in public, I truly feel like our ages greatest philosophers are behind us in line at the grocery store or in the comments of tik tok. Trying to find joy or mystery in the everyday and mundane. I have always had incredibly vivid dreams that inform a lot of my waking life and drive me to create.
What would you do with $25,000?I would be able to create long form content and focus on honing my craft as well as sharing important stories through stop motion. I would purchase materials to better capture my pieces like a camera and professional lighting equipment.
