I alternate from Latine folkloric violoncello, digital and mixed-media visual art, writing poetry, and fiction - these art forms give me similar fulfillment and inspiration. I find art to be a calling, so it is from the vocation itself from my day-to-day experiences, life itself, that tells me what type of art to create. For example, these past years, I was called by the vocation and my community of artists (really a stumbling) into being an art curator for artists and galleries shown below.
Where do you find inspiration?It may be as simple as driving my car or daydreaming by looking out a window. Other times, it is experiencing art, words, people, hearing news or music. Inspiration comes knocking at my door, what is on the other side of that door is for life to unveil. It all bleeds together whether it be my voice or of countless artists or people before me. I could begin to list or claim artists, but I feel the moment I do, I will begin to give a half-truth for it is more than only artists, it is, life itself.
