My favorite type of art is mixed media. I love to collage and paint on top of the collages. Finding images from old magazines and re-creating their use to tell a new story is so much fun.
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration comes from current events happening in my life or my surroundings.My influence comes from Richard Hawkins and Hannah Hoch’s collaging style and the street style art of Basquiat.
What would you do with $25,000?I would like to use some of the money with my art students for supplies and some of it to use for my art car.
