Carolina Felicia

I have a disability and it makes it hard to express myself and my emotions, and if I didn't have art? Then I wouldn't be me and who I am.

What is your favorite type of art to create?

My favorite type of art I make is creating characters because they start off as a part of me I express through them to becoming their own person and to me that is the best part of doing my art and being an artist and also have a way to connect to others through it too.

Where do you find inspiration?

I created art to express a part of myself not everyone sees, I always found meaning when others around me only saw the surface but when looking closely you can learn to see the beauty in everyone and everything. And showing that part of me I can't express through words yes can be challenging but it makes you feel how I am feeling and we connect through the visual of emotion and I believe what inspires me to do art is to connect with others that words can't always do.

What would you do with $25,000?

I will use the $25,000 to go to art college which has been my dream since I was a child. And I hope to meet lots of other artists just like me and to be the people's artist
