My work explores the quiet intersection between nature, memory, and belonging. Rooted in the wild, unhurried rhythm of the West, each piece

Wildlife and western landscapes—especially horses. Anything that carries the untamed spirit of the land. I’m less interested in perfect realism and more in capturing the feeling of a moment—the tension, the quiet, the story just beyond what you see.
Where do you find inspiration?Mostly from the land itself—living and working around it every day. The way animals move, the quiet moments, the things you’d miss if you weren’t paying attention. A lot of it comes from real life—ranch work, time outside, and the in-between moments that don’t feel like much at the time but end up meaning everything.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d invest it back into my work—better materials, larger pieces, and the time to push my work further without rushing it. It would also allow me to document and share more of the process, and put resources toward showing the work in the right places. Mostly, it would give me the space to focus and create at a higher level.
