Expressionistic abstract art is my favorite to create. Work that is not confined to literal representation but instead captures a feeling or an emotion. I’m drawn to movement and enjoy allowing color and light to lead.
Where do you find inspiration?In nature and within quiet shifts of light. Travel deepens this source of inspiration, experiencing new places and people awakens fresh color stories and compositions.
What would you do with $25,000?I would continue to invest more into my teaching. I deeply believe in sharing the creative process and guiding others to trust their own intuition, embrace experimentation and find their own personal artistic voice. This funding would allow me to elevate those experiences and reach more artists. In addition, I would use a portion to expand exhibition opportunities. These opportunities are not just about visibility, they are about creating meaningful moments of connection with others.
