My favorite type of art to create is art that is modern and relevant to the times especially when it comes to art evolving in African American culture.
Where do you find inspiration?I find the inspiration through references and experiences that I have had as an 18 year old African American girl/woman in high school. Sometimes inspiration is found through photos from my childhood and other times it could be from other black artists on Pinterest, tiktok, social media in general, or sometimes even books I have read.
What would you do with $25,000?Honestly I would put it towards college or put it in my Roth ira to get a good start for adulthood. I am trying the best that I can to be smart with money and take chances through opportunities such as this. Also thank you for your time.
