Where do you find inspiration?Being an executive chef,working long hard hours, I am always creating art on plates with my food. In this industry, comes hard work, sweat and burns, 12 hour shifts and that amazing adrenaline rush of pure pride and joy knowing the guests are happy and loving our creations. My artwork comes from being able to take a step back from reality. To pick up that blank canvas, paint brush, and picture where I would want to be. What is my story that I want to show people and have them be apart of.
What would you do with $25,000?If I end up winning the $25,000 prize, I will invest in my own food truck or trailer to start my own business. My mission is to be able to travel up and down the coast for people to be able to taste my food and bring others together.
