I create art to encourage the viewer to pause and reflect. There can be so much meaning in one moment, if we pay attention to what’s around

My favorite type of art to create are oil paintings and photography that gravitates the eye toward small moments in time. Taking the little moments to show that it’s okay and encouraged to slow down in this life. Works that embrace one’s full, honest, and true-self by celebrating the little pieces of them that amount to their beautiful life.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in all the little things life has to offer and in nature. Inspiration is all around, and that is what I want my work to portray. The nature of our body, of our ancestor and where we came from, and of everything around us meant to support and guide us. I find inspiration from artists who do the same. For example, Doron Langberg finds beauty and inspiration from everyday scenes from his loved one’s lives that become very intimate.
What would you do with $25,000?There is so very much I could do with $25,000. Realistically, I would like to save a lot of it. I would separate it into smaller piles then pay off my loans for college, put some away to save, put some in to spend for myself now, give some to my parents, and donate the rest.
