Thought provoking and hidden meanings, anything that makes you feel something, good or bad. Both 2D and 3D. I use all mediums, my style is in the brush strokes, not the subject or medium for I paint all subjects, as well as use every medium. I do like to ruffle feathers, but with beauty. I do both traditional and abstract art both with hidden messages and meanings.
Where do you find inspiration?I find sound an music gives me dreams and images as I listen. And natures movement as well, or unique attributes that inspire love and hope. Sometimes I paint for someone to ease their grief, other times just because they want something pretty to grace their walls. Everything that I paint has more than one meaning. There is always something hidden in ever artwork. Hidden faces and profiles, words, something out of place. I also leave my art 3 percent unfinished so it still has life to build on.
What would you do with $25,000?A portion would go towards more art supplies for the free art classes I give to disenfranchised children. A portion would go to making more of my own art. And a portion would go to the podcast I am prepping to bring online for teaching art on social media. A portion would go to furthering my textile art shops, I would like to see more of my textile art on people.
