I Create Art to explore and communicate the emotional depth of the human condition through the blend of surrealism, and science fiction.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I create surrealistic artwork that focuses on evoking emotional responses and exploring the human condition. Using symbolism and visual relationships, my work reflects themes of identity, connections, and introspection. I try to engage the viewer on a personal level, encouraging them to interpret the imagery through their own experiences and emotions.
Where do you find inspiration?I am inspired by surrealism and science fiction, drawing influence from the works of Salvador Dalí, René Magritte, and Zdzisław Beksiński. While their imagery informs my visual language, I strive to ground my work in emotional narrative. I explore personal and shared human experiences, shaping them into symbolic imagery that bridges the imagined and the real, creating worlds that reflect both inner thought and universal connection.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the $25,000 prize to expand my ability to create immersive, narrative-driven work rooted in surrealism and the human condition. A portion would go toward securing dedicated studio time and materials that allow for larger, more ambitious pieces—work that pushes further into the psychological and symbolic imagery that defines my practice. I’m interested in building layered visual stories that feel both personal and universal.
