Art lets me turn feelings into something real—capturing moments, chaos, and calm in ways words never quite can.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love creating art that feels like a discovery. I’m drawn to color, mood, contrast, and the quiet tension between beauty and mystery. My favorite pieces are the ones that seem to say something without explaining themselves—work that pulls someone in, makes them linger, and leaves them feeling changed in a way they can’t quite name.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in overlooked places—faded signs, old rooms, weathered surfaces, strange shadows, forgotten objects, music, memories, and moments charged with emotion. I’m inspired by what time leaves behind and what imagination can bring back to life. Sometimes the smallest detail carries the loudest story.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to create fearlessly. I’d invest in studio space, materials, larger work, and the freedom to fully commit to a new body of art without compromise. I’d also use it to professionally share the work through exhibitions and documentation, turning opportunity into momentum and momentum into a lasting career
