I love art because I can create whatever I want on paper, canvas, wood, you name it. As long as I have time, patience and the right tools:)
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Realistic and fantasy art. I like to go for photo-realism for commissions of pet portraits and scenes like an asteroid belt coming towards the viewer with lifelike planets nearby. I like to challenge myself on the regular. I find the only thing stopping me from creating something new is myself honestly. Fantasy art is so fun because I combine lifelike qualities to a painting with it's subject being totally fiction, vampires and fairies being my favorite.
Where do you find inspiration? You could say the world inspires me because oftentimes I'll be painting something that reminded me of a blue butterfly I just saw, for example, a fairy with blue wings. I've also had instances of inspiration from spontaneous ideas that conspire in my head literally minutes before I go to sleep, and so I usually sketch the idea out quickly in my phone so I don't forget the next day when I'm in my studio.
What would you do with $25,000?I would further my art career i.e. probably get into tattooing as I have had so many people request I do so. The rest of the money would go towards my family, perhaps finally going on a family vacation we have always wanted to do or something along those lines.
