I love to paint fantasy realism, focusing on the flow of water in Acrylic I also love mixed media to paint still life adding jewels to bring the painting alive, these are in Oil, called What a Girl Wants I also went to Florence to learn still life, and try to paint figures. I have yet to master this ☺️
Where do you find inspiration?Mostly Water, there is so much beauty around us. I am inspired by music while I paint, sometimes the depth of sorrow also brings such light and joy through painting. The inspiration I most relate to is how art heals and connects us. I love teaching art and the joy it brings my students. That inspires me.
What would you do with $25,000?I own an Art Studio and would use it to hire other amazing Artists in my community to teach. I also have set up the Cailen Vilness Angel Art foundation. Where I support one young male going into the fine arts, welding or carpentry. I would use it to help the young artists in my area.
