Creating art allows me to be completely independent from everything. It allows me to express, paint, illustrate, build whatever I wish.

As a painter I enjoy recreating what I consider iconic americana scenes. Anything related to what I find intriguing. It could be as simple as a baseball in a baseball glove to a magestic landscape. Or my paintings could depict people interacting or a boy joyfully standing in the rain. A girl in a hoody with Hello Kitty face paint pretending to be moody. Regardless of what I paint there is an element that will clue the viewer into understanding US culture.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere! I find inspiration everywhere. From the smell of coming snow or freshly cut grass to the play of unique light upon a landscape to any kind of mood change be it in a person or landscape. Inspiration is everywhere. I never run out of ideas.
What would you do with $25,000?Travel more and buy more paint and canvas.
