I create art full time as it makes me feel like a whole person, I suffer from ptsd, anxiety, and depression. When I’m making my art I fly.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite art to create would be my oddities acrylic paintings on shou sugi ban wood plagues, it creates so much depth and detail I just have the most fun making those paintings, I also don’t fear from bigger paintings I love a large wood panel.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration truly comes from music I listen to the books I read and the amazing people I have in my circle. Others art is a huge part of that inspiration, I find art to be so beautiful I even get my tattoos done by artists I have found in my circle that truly make art I want to carry on my body forever. It’s all inspiring you can see it everywhere, especially when the weathers nice and the windows are open.
What would you do with $25,000?I would take this money and continue to do what I do, help spread the happiness open a cafe that has a gallery wall for local artists to display and sell their work, just bring it all back around. To sharing and helping people that were just like me in the beginning.
