Painting soothes my soul...when I went through my divorce it helped me stay relaxed and I felt I had a purpose
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art is nature.. Landscapes are usually what I tend to create simply because I feel the world around us is so beautiful. It amazes me how Gods creations, for example, clouds can be unbelievably breathtaking . People are always in such a hurry they don't take the time to just admire the things around us...
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in how I am feeling at the moment I paint...if I'm shattered inside I usually paint better. I believe it's where I try to see all the wonderful things in life so I keep hope alive. My two daughters are the best art I've ever created and I do paint for them and knowing that they are proud of me makes me more inspired .
What would you do with $25,000?If I do miraculously win the 25,000 I would definitely be able to pay off some debt and I would just be able to feel secure financially. I could continue to extend my art supplies so I can continue doing what I love.
