I create art to disrupt perception of reality, encouraging viewers to look beyond literal interpretation & consider alternate possibilities.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I believe that art should be about pushing boundaries and constantly evolving, rather than conforming to specific categories or labels. When I create, I strive to bring something new and unique into existence, something that not only inspires myself but also others. I am not restricted by traditional expectations or definitions, but rather driven by the desire to create something that defies expectations and breaks the mold.
Where do you find inspiration?Over the years, I have overlooked what seemed small and mundane at the time and now those things have become my inspiration. It is my belief that beauty can be found in anything, it is only a matter of perception. Beauty can be found in things most people don't think of as beautiful. The simplicity of everyday objects and situations can be beautiful, and I believe that bringing them to life through art or creativity can inspire others.
What would you do with $25,000?I really would love to spend some genuine time with my three beautiful children; Chi-Ann, Christian & the one who inspired me to follow my passion for photography and art, my Claire Bear.
