I create art to transform chaos into meaning, revealing the unseen and inviting viewers to reshape how art is viewed, felt, and understood

My favorite art to create is abstract surreal expressionism built with palette‑knife sculpting, fluid and high‑flow acrylics, matte paints, and dual‑lighting pigments. I create pieces that are open to interpretation, some see landscapes, others see something entirely different. That freedom is why I leave my work untitled and don’t sign the front. I want the viewer’s imagination, not just my own, to lead the journey.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in shifting perception, the way truth changes when you stand where someone else stands. Emotional terrain, natural forms, and changing light guide my work. I’m drawn to the unseen layers beneath experience and the moments when clarity becomes distortion. My paintings shift like perception itself, inviting viewers to see their own truth rather than the one I impose.
What would you do with $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would use it to give my family the stability we’ve fought for. Art is my passion, but my priority is making sure the world can’t pull the floor out from under us again. This support would give us room to breathe, rebuild, and move forward with security. When my family is stable, my creativity can grow without fear.
