What is your favorite type of art to create?

Cody's preferred art forms are painting, printmaking, and also tattoos as a means of mark making. Cody Lee Donahue was born in 1994 and grew up in rural Upstate New York. He attended The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art from 2012 to 2016, where he obtained a BFA and received The Richard Lewis Bloch Memorial Prize for Excellence in the Arts.

Where do you find inspiration?

Cody's artistic inspiration stems from the diverse environment of his childhood, constant family conflicts at home and the solace and security in the great outdoors.

What would you do with $25,000?

The 25,000 would go into supporting my continued art practice and help pay off remaining art school debt.
