Where do you find inspiration?•Modern Comic Books. •French Art-Nouveau. •Japanese Manga/Anime. •West Coast Formline. •Mi’kmaq Symbols and Quillwork. I am Half Okanagan and half Mi’kmaq and I have been trying to merge traditional indigenous art with these styles where possible.
What would you do with $25,000?Reinvest in myself as an artist to get more projects started and off the ground. It would allow me to not have to take on graphic design work and focus on personal projects for a short time. This money would also help in taking care of my 3 year old adopted daughter.
