Art is my freedom. No training, just soul. It carried my burdens and gave me a voice when words failed. This is how I express myself.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I enjoy creating across several different mediums, including fine arts like oil and acrylic painting, jewelry making, and textiles such as sewing. I also love mixed media photography. I don’t like to limit myself to one tool; I choose the medium, whether it’s fabric, a camera, or a paintbrush, that best captures the feeling I want to express.
Where do you find inspiration?I am inspired by my personal journey. I use art to express the emotions and experiences that I cannot put into words.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would invest in health, education, and advocacy. I would first prioritize the surgical removal of a tumor on my leg to regain my physical well being. Following that, I would resume my psychology studies to empower my mission: launching a campaign for survivors of sexual abuse to speak their truths. I want to use my journey and my art to provide a platform for those who have been silenced, turning personal healing into a powerful resource for others.
