I make surreal-ish, uncanny self portraiture. There’s a humor in it that makes it enjoyable, even when I’m discussing serious topics.
Where do you find inspiration?Movies. Music. Television. Media in general. Because I am a Millennial-Gen Z cusp kid, use the media from the early 2000s to noe to inform my practice. There’s a dark humor that we maneuver with that is a big influence in the work.
What would you do with $25,000?It would sustain my art practice by helping fund the work I create while also helping my day to day expenses. The funds would be a cushion to help me continue to create with a bit more comfortability.
