I explore hidden psyches through layered abstraction, uncovering inner dialogue and meaning within visual noise.

I create abstract, mixed-media work that blends collage, acrylic, and atmospheric layering with subtle figuration. The tension between structure and distortion is central—pieces that feel discovered rather than designed, where fragments of form emerge from noise and then dissolve again. I’m drawn to work that sits between clarity and ambiguity, asking the viewer to lean in and stay with it.
Where do you find inspiration? In overlooked moments—visual noise, fragmented media, architecture, and the quiet tension in human posture. I’m influenced by cultural residue: things half-seen, misremembered, or layered over time. Poetry, especially writers like Mary Oliver, informs the emotional tone—finding meaning in stillness, impermanence, and subtle shifts in perception.
What would you do with $25,000?Invest in scaling the work with intention. Larger-format pieces, higher-grade materials, and dedicated studio time to push depth and experimentation. I would also document the process and build a cohesive body of work for gallery presentation—ensuring the work is seen in its best, most immersive form rather than compressed into digital fragments.
