I was the love child of an RCA Victor Television Set and a Motorola Stereo Console. Jack Benny was my babysitter. Art is in my blood.

I call it Hard Edge Abstract Illusionism. Just like what I first started doing with my limited edition serigraghs in the 70s while picture framing at an art gallery as I was playin' guitar in a band and diggin' the MC5 in hometown Detroit, where I was most inspired by the silk screen prints of Victor Vasarely and the etchings of M.C. Esher, especially after I framed dozens of Vasarely and 15 Esher prints for a show we had and that was before he passed away.
Where do you find inspiration?Fibonacci! I'm inspired by the relationships between the Fibonacci Sequence and Mother Nature, which I use exclusively in the spacial relationships and hue graduations that make up the geometric shapes and figures I use as my vocabulary to communicate that feeling that everyone and everything is connected and in motion.
What would you do with $25,000?Took me a year and a half to paint. Averaged about 8 hrs a day and 40 hrs a week while bartending at the Hollywood Palace at night in the 80s. I'm old. I don't need the money. I'd sell it for a dollar depending on where it would be hung. I shelved it 35 yrs ago until now. People said I was ahead of my time. Been writing screenplays lately. Last year I won Best TV Pilot for "Love's History" in Austin and just last month Best Fantasy Screenplay at the Los Angeles Film Awards.
