Where do you find inspiration?Nature is my muse. Also, my grandfather Jirayr Zorthian was an artist himself, and I’ve always followed in his footsteps, even if it was from miles and miles behind him.
What would you do with $25,000?I would take my family for a fun vacation as we are from an off grid community nestled in the foothills of the Rocky mountains. Then I would make myself a studio in the form of a man-shed or an extension off of my current dwelling. With the rest I would put on a feast for my community, as I believe anything good that happens is always partly because of the lessons I’ve learned from my elders and peers alike. Anything left over would go to my student loans.
